A draft of the design will be emailed to you for approval before the work begins so make sure we have your correct email. If you do not respond within 72 buisiness hours you will be refunded minus $10 art render fee. If you later purchase within 30 days for the same design, a $10 credit will be put towards your new order - but you must contact us with the original order number to receive the discount code.
Please ask any questions before approving your design as there are no refunds for custom items.
Shipping
If ordering group, team or corporate orders, processing time may be 2-3 weeks before your items are shipped. If utilizing free shipping, it will be USPS or UPS ground. If you want faster shipping, select a faster shipping at check out, which is not included in free shipping.
